our Method
Listening to your needs
Consultation – An initial meeting to understand your project. We’ll discuss your ambitions, challenges, budget and timescales to agree the best process for what lies ahead. This meeting will inform our creative brief.
Creative routes & design
Concept – We’ll set a design direction by collating inspiring imagery and comparing planning options and sample materials. Once we land on a vision for our look and feel, we can agree a final design route for development.
Permissions & sourcing
Detail – We’ll refine the final design plan which will include all technical drawings for planning permission & create visuals for you to envisage your space. We’ll source a palette of internal materials, finishes and furniture to enrich the atmosphere of your space.
Build & management
Deliver – Once all planning and permissions are granted, we’ll find the perfect construction partner to realise your design concept. We’ll make regular site visits to ensure every detail is in place and up to scratch. Once the dust has settled, we’ll add those all-important finishing touches.
